Do your macramé products shrink or lose shape after washing?
Our macramé pieces are handmade with high-quality cotton cord. To clean, spot wash gently — avoid machine washing to maintain their shape and beauty
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major payment methods UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location but generally take 5–7 business days within India.
Do you accept exchanges?
Since our products are handcrafted, we only accept returns in case of defective items received from our end. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.
