Refund policy

We do not offer any refunds, in case of any refunds we will only issue a STORE CREDIT which can be used for future purchases from the store.

The products we make are totally handmade and customized hence, we cant refund or cancel them once they are processed.
However, in case there is damage due to shipping, customer has to report the same with a clear non-shaky unboxing video showing full package while opening within 24 hours of delivery and we can issue store credit as per situation.

Our macramé pieces are handmade with high-quality cotton cord. To clean, spot wash gently — avoid machine washing to maintain their shape and beauty

We accept all major payment methods UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-12 business days depending on article ordered. Some takes more time to prepare as most of our products are customized.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location but generally take 2–8 business days within India.

Since our products are handcrafted, we only accept returns in case of defective items received from our end. Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery if there’s an issue with a proper unboxing video of the order.
