Please note that no two handmade items are exactly alike.
Little variations in color, shading, texture and shape are inherent in a handmade item.
We try to recreate the product as similar as possible but still there are chances of differences as no two items are alike, so every single one is one-of-a-kind.

We use 100% natural soy wax, which is cleaner and longer-lasting compared to paraffin. It’s safe for your home and eco-friendly.

Our macramé pieces are handmade with high-quality cotton cord. To clean, spot wash gently — avoid machine washing to maintain their shape and beauty

We accept all major payment methods UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-12 business days depending on article ordered. Some takes more time to prepare as most of our products are customized.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location but generally take 2–8 business days within India.

Since our products are handcrafted, we only accept returns in case of defective items received from our end. Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery if there’s an issue with a proper unboxing video of the order.
